Litterers Have Bad Taste
Whenever I see empty beer cans and bottles laying around outside… garbage that people were too lazy/stupid to dispose of properly… it’s always a crappy brand – Budweiser being the most popular, followed by Miller, Coors, and Michelob.
Exhibit A:
I’ve never seen an empty Sam Adams Cherry Wheat, Magic Hat #9, Erie Brewing Railbender, or Saranac Pale Ale empty rolling around.
People with bad taste in beer are more likely to be ignorant pigs?

Indeed. From my ground-level view of miles of country roads while I am out running, I have ample opportunity to view the littering habits of the residents of western Washtenaw County, Michigan. And yes, one of the most common items I see are discarded beer cans skewed heavily toward the bland American lager family.
It just occurred to me (yes, I am slow) that beer cans lying in ditches along rural roads were most likely tossed there from the windows of moving cars. So not only do people have bad taste in beer, they’re also drinking and driving. Lovely.
