Chris + Henry = Terry
Al thinks everyone looks like somebody else. We’ll be at a lecture and he’ll lean over and whisper in my ear that the woman in the second row, three seats in, looks just like Baby Jane Hudson or we’ll be at the grocery store and he’ll nudge me, telling me that the guy we just passed in the soup aisle was the spitting image of Albert Einstein, but with better hair. He does it the opposite direction to, thinking that some famous people resemble people he knows. Just yesterday, I was watching Walk the Line on television. He walked in the room and commented that Joaquin Phoenix, in that role, resembled our friend who lives in Florida.
Sometimes, I can see where he’s coming from. Other times, not so much. But, many years of this has started to rub off on me.
For instance, this morning I was watching The History Channel which aired an ad for a program called “Warriors.” At first glance, the guy who stars in the show looked just like Henry Rollins. At second glance, I thought he looked like Chris Meloni. I decided that Terry Schappert looks like the perfect combination of the two.
I’m not kidding. Look:

(1) What part of Florida? (2) Does he like redheads?

(1) Gulf side
(2) His wife is a strawberry blonde
But keep in mind that I used the word “resembled.” They are by no means a dead ringer for one another. Although, given what Hawk looks like and what Joaquin used to look like, you probably would find our Floridian friend attractive.

Yes, I’ve definitely seen a lot worse.

Uh, yeah, Henry Rollins’ older uglier brother maybe, but what does that say for Chris Meloni?
Must tread carefully here, I am HIGHLY protective of my Henry (aka The-Man-Who-Would-Be-Mr.-Inmate-If-Inmate-Wasn’t-Already-Married).
