If you’ve seen the blog-roll lately, you’ll have noticed a new addition. Violent Acres is written by some woman, somewhere. Where-ever she is, though, is one heckuva nutty place.

Kids stand her in her foyer in the middle of the afternoon to wait for other kids that aren’t there.

She catches hell for saying stuff that makes sense. Like this gem:

Her husband doesn’t make enough money to support a family of 5, but she feel entitled to go ahead and have one anyway. Why not? The government will pick up the slack!

My personal favorite is this one. There isn’t really a good quote to summarize, but long-story-short: She walks into an apartment that she may purchase and finds that the parent was in need of nicotine so badly that she left a sleeping baby and walked 2 miles to the store and two miles back. As you can imagine, hilarity ensued.

This woman certainly lives a much more colorful life than I…Thankfully, she shares.
