It’s been 4 days since Election Day. I haven’t updated the Elections Page, but I will. There’s just been a lot to process (politically and otherwise) for me.
Senator Barack Obama won by a pretty large margin (his 53% to McCain’s 46%). Check out President-Elect Obama’s Transition Office’s website for more information on his transition staff and [...]

NC’s presidential race has tightened into a virtual tie. Obama and McCain at 49%.
Senator Elizabeth Dole has conceded her seat and will return to Washington, D.C. in January. Kay Hagan will be the Junior Senator from North Carolina.
The Onslow County Commissioner race has shifted: Ikner, Jarman, Padgett, Midgett, Keller now lead.

Obama still leads McCain in the state (50% to 48%) but trails in Onslow (43% to McCain’s 56%).
Hagan leads Dole in the state (52% to 43%) but trails in Onslow (46% to Dole’s 49%).
Jones, Jr. leads Weber in NC-03 (67% to 32%) and Onslow (60% 39%).
Council of State races looking Democratic in the state, mixed [...]

We all know Tuesday is Election Day here in the U.S. I’m sure it’s an election that the world will be watching, as well as very nervous Americans.
