The Fat:
I weighed in at 196lbs. I was surprised because I felt like I ate a lot more food yesterday than I had been all week and I wasn’t able to exercise.

Breakfast:

Slightly more than a single serving of oatmeal

I weighed in at 196 this morning.
The Food:

Breakfast:

One serving of oatmeal. No butter, no honey.

Snack:

1 Hershey’s Kiss chocolate

Lunch:

Half of a grilled spinach wrap (grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese, lettuce, black olives, cucumbers, and bean sprouts with tropical horseradish.
Half cup of potato salad
pickle
16 oz cup of lemonade

Snack:

Small apple
1 honey pretzel braid
20 oz bottle of lemonade

The Fat:
This morning I weighed in at 196.5 lbs. Real weight loss or pre-weigh-in gas? You decide.
The Food:

Breakfast:

One serving of oatmeal, again sans the honey or butter.

Snack (around 11am-ish):

Two honey pretzel braids
One Girl Scout Iced Lemon cookie

Lunch:

More leftover fajita-style pork-roast with sliced peppers and onions on pasta (about one cup’s worth)

The Fat:
Today I weighed in at 197.5. Is it scale witchery or real progress? I dunno.
The Food:

Breakfast:

One serving of oatmeal (sans the butter and honey)

Lunch:

Leftover fajita-style pork-roast with sliced peppers and onions on pasta

Snack:

Two Girl Scout Iced Lemon cookies at 2:30ish
Small apple at 4ish
20oz Diet Coke

Dinner:

Small apple

The Fat:
I weighed in this morning at 199. No loss, no gain from yesterday.
The Food:

Breakfast:

One serving (1/2 cup of oats) of oatmeal (the slow-cooked kind, not powdered-instant) with a spoonful of home-made butter

Snack:

Morning (10:30ish): Small apple

Lunch:

Small salad (baby spring mix with blue cheese, diced onions, red and yellow peppers, and cucumbers)

Fat Challenge Post #1: Partial Success

The Fat:
I weighed in today at 199 lbs. That was post-breakfast, pre-shower.
The Food:

Breakfast:

One serving (1/2 cup of oats) of oatmeal (the slow-cooked kind, not powdered-instant) with about a teaspoon of honey and two teaspoons of I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter.
