An Open Letter to the Onslow County Parks and Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee
Dear Onslow County Parks and Recreation Citizen Advisory Committee,If you want the citizens of Onslow County to participate, try providing more information on your webpage. The location of the meetings is a good place to start. I’d follow with the members of the Board, meeting agendas and minutes, and current projects.
Your constituent,
Thomas Brock
UPDATE:
I found, via the Onslow County Parks and Recreation Department webpage, this page, which lists the members of the Onslow County Parks and Recreation Advisory Board. Which is good. The page even lists contact information for the Board members, to include email addresses and lists their term expiration dates (four members have terms which expire in June. Get your applications in if you live in Jacksonville, Stump Sound, Richlands, or are At Large.)
This raises a perplexing question: Why does the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board have two webpages?
