Bike to Work: Day 1 Evening and Day 2 Morning
The evening ride home was just as relaxing as the morning ride. I was a bit faster (48 minutes). My legs didn’t feel weak, tight, or sore, so it was quite comfortable.
And, as a bonus, I saw a bunny!
This morning’s ride was just a touch slower (my legs are a tad tight and my lower back a bit stiff) at 53 minutes and some change. Everything else, though, just as great as the previous day.
I’m really starting to like this bicycling to work business. Yes, it takes a little longer, but it seems to be much more fun than driving.
And, as an added extra bonus, I weighed in at 192lbs this morning. Woo to the Hoo!
