Fat Challenge Post #3
The Fat:
Today I weighed in at 197.5. Is it scale witchery or real progress? I dunno.
The Food:
- Breakfast:
- One serving of oatmeal (sans the butter and honey)
- Lunch:
- Leftover fajita-style pork-roast with sliced peppers and onions on pasta
- Snack:
- Two Girl Scout Iced Lemon cookies at 2:30ish
- Small apple at 4ish
- 20oz Diet Coke
- Dinner:
- Small apple
The Fitness:
- None today: I had a migraine
The Sleep:
- During the “dark hour” I read the paper from yesterday’s cycling post. Around 9:30 I went to bed and quickly fell asleep. The alarm did its duty and donged at 6am. I did my duty and slept ’til 7:30. Sue me. Getting up early stinks.
The Summary:
Today sucked. I felt like crap most of the day (probably caffeine withdrawal: Did I mention I’ve give up soda ((Except for the emergency Diet Coke))?)
Hopefully, tomorrow will be better.
